Jessica graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2019, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English. While at The College of New Jersey, Jessica was actively involved in the local Ewing and Trenton community as a Bonner Community Scholar. Following her undergraduate career, Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from Drexel Law School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2022. During her time in law school, Jessica was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team and even served as an executive board member. In her final year of law school, Jessica completed a year-long co-op program. Drexel’s co-op program focuses on providing students with the opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience in exchange for class credits. Jessica chose to complete her co-op in family law where she conducted research on family law disputes, helped to prepare relevant court motions, and attended client meetings. While Jessica always had an interest in family law, this experience solidified that this was the area of law she wanted for her career.

Prior to joining Graziano & Flynn, Jessica worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judith S. Charny, J.S.C., in Camden County.

Jessica is a family law attorney who focuses on matrimonial law, including but not limited to divorce, custody, equitable distribution, relocation, child and spousal support, and domestic violence matters. The opportunity to work alongside clients as they face the difficult challenges that come with divorce, custody, and other related matters is not one that she takes lightly. Jessica is passionate about helping clients reach the best solutions for themselves and their families.

Jessica grew up in the South Jersey area but currently resides in Philadelphia, where she loves to explore the city’s food scene as well as everything else Philadelphia has to offer. When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence.
