Karina E. Hehn, Esq., is a Senior Associate at the Firm since 2017. She has practiced family law since 1998 in both large and small firms. Mrs. Hehn is an integral part of the Graziano & Flynn team, and manages the daily activity of many of the Firm’s cases. In addition, Mrs. Hehn writes a significant number of the more complicated legal briefs and documents used by the Firm in its busy motion practice, has primary responsibility for handling clients’ Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (for dividing retirement accounts), and is principally responsible for addressing complex discovery issues. Mrs. Hehn also spearheads the implementation of new legal software to streamline the Firm’s practice.

What separates Mrs. Hehn from most other family lawyers is the combination of her uncompromising work ethic, ferocious attention to detail, and keen insight into matrimonial conflict as a result of both professional experience, and being married for over 20 years with three active kids. Mrs. Hehn earns her client’s confidence and trust by providing practical and honest advice through every stage of the litigation, while taking the time to understand their needs and concerns. She knows that family conflicts are intensely emotional and difficult, and that no two cases are alike. While working within this difficult context, Mrs. Hehn takes great pride in striving to reach the best result for the client in light of the specific facts and circumstances in their situation. Finally, as a first-generation immigrant from Argentina, Mrs. Hehn is fluent in Spanish, and regularly helps clients both in the United States and abroad.

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence.
