Scott Schweiger and his firm, Law Office of Scott T. Schweiger, LLC, joined Graziano & Flynn as “Of Counsel” in January 2022. Mr. Schweiger has extensive trial experience and all phases of litigation. He has appeared frequently before the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division and has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Although he primarily concentrates his practice in the area of Family Law, Mr. Schweiger also handles matters involving Criminal/Municipal Court charges, Workers’ Compensation and personal injury. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Schweiger has served as the Public Defender in Haddon Heights and as a Conflict Public Defender in many local towns including Cherry Hill.

Mr. Schweiger graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1990. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 1993. In addition, Mr. Schweiger is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey and is a member of the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations.

Mr. Schweiger’s vast area of knowledge over several different areas of the law provides him with the ability to quickly assess the issues in any particular case. His background and experience allows him to not only provide a detailed legal analysis of those issues, but also gives him the ability to discuss the practical, or real-life, effects of certain decisions and outcomes.

Scott resides in Marlton with his wife and four children where he has coached baseball, basketball and softball. His oldest son is attending Rowan University while his triplets recently became teenagers giving him a unique perspective on the family dynamic.
