“I felt respected by her always keeping me informed and encouraged” - Real Client Reviews
Best Lawyer Around!
Ron surpassed my expectations in my case. He always kept me in the loop, updated me with any change, and answered ALL of my questions.. And I had a ton! He was very knowledgable, honest, supportive, and calm. I was nervous every step of the way and he listened to each and every one of my concerns. He was always available by phone and email; He responded very promptly to every email I sent (I sent a ton!). Ron is an extremely trustworthy lawyer. Listen to what he says and have faith in him, you will be as impressed as I am! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better outcome in my case. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to represent me, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing lawyer!! His staff is amazing as well!!
I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence. I thought it would be impossible to get that changed because I also have a career as a firefighter so my work schedule rotates and its 24 hour shifts. I contacted Robyn and she was upfront and honest provided me with possible outcomes. Robyn was outstanding! She had to do the work of two attorneys because the defendants’ attorney would not submit paperwork to the court in a timely manner and that would’ve slowed the process. The case went to trial and having the experienced attorney really showed! I am now the primary parent of residence my daughter and I couldn’t be happier. She always answered my calls, emails and was on time. Both parents were found to be fit by the judge yet a change of custody was still granted in my favor.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my attorney Ron Graziano, when it came down to understanding and knowing his area of expertise there is no doubt that this Law Firm is everything plus that. Ron was very easy to talk with and clearly knew how to approach my case. I went to court for a child support/custody situation and it could not have worked out more satisfying for me if i had not had the Graziano & Flynn firm representing me in the most professional and knowledgeable way possible. I did not have to speak with the Judge not one time, i was represented absolutely well by my attorney Ron, he’s the best and i will continue to use him, if need be; Thank you so much.

Guiding You Through Every Step of the Divorce Process
Ending a marriage is never easy, but our divorce attorneys make the process less stressful with supportive guidance:
Important Considerations Before You File for Divorce
Your decisions at the beginning of your divorce can shape the entire process that follows. We’ll walk you through the decisions that matter most, including:
- Is your situation suited for a collaborative approach, or will litigation be necessary?
- What’s the best way to handle dividing assets, financial obligations, and parenting responsibilities?
- Could mediation be a more efficient, cooperative solution than court?
- Should you initiate the filing yourself, or wait for your spouse?
What No-Fault Divorce Means in NJ
You don’t have to prove wrongdoing to dissolve your marriage in New Jersey. We’ll help you file under no-fault grounds such as irreconcilable differences or a lengthy separation, making the process less combative and more solution-focused.
A Step-by-Step Overview of the Divorce Process
Our Linwood divorce lawyers walk you through every stage of the divorce process so you always know what to expect, which choices carry the most weight, and how to position yourself for the best possible outcome.
- Initiating the divorce
We prepare and file the necessary paperwork to officially start the process, clearly defining your objectives regarding property division, financial support, and parenting arrangements. - Notifying your spouse
Your spouse is formally served with the required legal documents, ensuring the case proceeds properly and without unnecessary setbacks. - Case management and early strategy
The court establishes deadlines, outlines key issues in dispute, and may address immediate concerns such as temporary custody or financial support. - Exchange of financial information
Both parties provide detailed financial disclosures so decisions about assets, debts, child support, and alimony are based on accurate information. - Settlement discussions or mediation
Whenever possible, we pursue resolution through negotiation or mediation, working to settle custody, support, and property matters efficiently and with minimal conflict.
Finalizing Your Divorce: What to Expect
Once the major issues have been settled, either through negotiation or a court decision, your divorce must be finalized. This usually involves:
- Preparing a written agreement that captures the terms of your divorce
- Drafting the court’s final divorce order
- Attending a concluding hearing, if the court requires one
- Filing the full packet of legal documents for final approval
After your divorce is complete, we’re available to help with any follow-up needs, including modifications to support, parenting plans, or enforcing the terms of your settlement.

Common Questions Families Ask to Family Law Attorneys
Do I need a lawyer for my divorce?
Divorce involves important decisions that can impact your finances, property, and children, so it’s wise to consult a lawyer. A divorce attorney can protect your interests and ensure fair settlements for custody, support, and asset division.
Does New Jersey require legal reasons for divorce?
New Jersey allows both no-fault and fault-based divorces. No-fault divorces are based on irreconcilable differences, while fault-based divorces may cite reasons like adultery, cruelty, or abandonment. A divorce lawyer can help you determine which legal grounds apply to your situation and provide the best path forward.
How do NJ courts determine child custody?
When making custody decisions, New Jersey courts focus on the child’s best interests. Judges assess each parent’s caregiving history, home stability, and their ability to meet the child’s emotional and physical needs. The court aims to create an arrangement that ensures the child’s well-being while preserving relationships with both parents.
What happens if someone doesn’t pay child support in New Jersey?
If a parent fails to pay child support, the court can take enforcement actions, they may garnish wages or freeze bank accounts. Persistent nonpayment may lead to serious consequences, including contempt of court and possible jail time. A child support attorney can enforce support orders and recover the amount your child is owed.
Do grandparents have visitation rights with their grandchildren?
Grandparents can request visitation, but they must prove that it benefits the child. Courts assess the relationship between the grandparent and the child to determine whether continued contact is in the child’s best interest. A family law attorney can fight for visitation rights to help you maintain a relationship with your grandchildren.
